The REFRESH or RELOAD button looks like an arrow in the shape of a circle. In Chrome, thebutton is located on the top left of the screen.
Alternatively, you can press Ctrl and the F5 key (Ctrl + F5) on your keyboard.
Here's an image of the REFRESH or RELOAD icon and a screenshot that shows you where it's located in Chrome.
At Advocates in Action we prefer the Chrome browser, but there are others to choose from!
