For those who have already registered, please note: we will be in touch to confirm your registration. At that time, we will need the student ID number for all of the attendees in your school group. This information will ONLY BE SHARED WITH ORS, who has agreed to help cover some of the registration costs for youth attendees.
Also, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP if any of the students in your group are not able to attend so that others on the waiting list will be able to register!
Thanks to our co-sponsors at the RI Office of Rehabilitation Services and the Department of BHDDH, we're able to offer a FREE Conference Day Registration to Rhode Island high school youth who are in transition, along with teachers and/or others who will be attending with students to offer direct support!

You can use this form to register up to 6 attendees. Space is very limited! In order to accommodate as many students schools as possible, please limit the TOTAL NUMBER of attendees to no more than 12 (two forms)

In response to feedback from last year's attendees, we've modified this year's registration so that school groups can register multiple individuals on the same form.We've created a visual handout to help explain how to complete the form and return it by e-mail. Thank you for paying special attention to the "save as" information, which will help us organization the registration forms on our end!
The Registration Deadline to Attend the Youth Track for FREE is FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12th.
The price for youth attendees will increase to $25.00 per person after Friday, October 12th. Note that space is limited and the complimentary rate is subject to availability. We also reserve the right to limit the number of attendees per school in order to accommodate as many people from across the state as possible.
The Youth Conference Day includes the following 2 options:
Youth Track Option I, 9:30am - 12noon: Includes refreshments, Opening Ceremonies, one workshop session and Conference Materials. DOES NOT INCLUDE LUNCH
Youth Track Option II, 9:30am - 3:00pm: Includes refreshments, Opening Ceremonies, two workshop sessions, Conference Materials and LUNCH
** The Arrival Time is the 8:15am - 9:15am. This is the same for all conference day attendees.
The Full Conference Day runs from 9:30am to 5:00pm Conference Day.
- The arrival and sign-in time is between 8:15 to 9:15am
- Everyone who arrives before 9:00am will be eligible to enter our Early Bird Raffle. We will be drawing names and giving away some awesome prizes during lunch. There's no cost to enter the raffle, but you must be present to win if your name is call during lunch.
