Information for Conference Sponsors

The full conference packet includes information about becoming a sponsor, including our EIN number for those who would like to make a tax exempt donation, and a description of the different levels of sponsorship. It also includes the specs you will need to create your print-ready ad.
If you're just looking for the sponsor form, CLICK HERE to download it in electronic format. The E-Form allows you to fill it in on your computer and save it to send by e-mail, or print for regular mail. Note: If you want to complete the form on your computer and save a copy for your records, you need to DOWNLOAD IT FIRST.
When you click on the form, it will open in a new tab on your web browser. Depending on your set-up, you should be able to fill-in the form and print it through your web browswer, but you won't be able to save your information.
Once you've dowloaded the form and completed it, click on the "Save As" button and rename with the organization, business or individual sponsor and the sponsor level.
For example, change the name from "2018_Sponsor_E-Form.pdf" to "Organization Name, Silver.pdf"

In addition to helping support our work, being a sponsor will also give your business or organization the unique opportunity to reach a diverse audience by placing an ad in our Conference Program, hosting a vendor display at the event, and connecting with this year’s attendees though our website, YouTube Channel, Facebook Page, and other social media outlets.
The 2018 Sponsorship Opportunities and Levels of Support are listed below. Each level also includes various perks that range from a conference t-shirt to complimentary registrations and/or dinner dance party tickets. Please refer to the Sponsor Packet for details and contact us with any questions.

We welcome and appreciate donations of any amount at any time! We also invite you to share your message, and reach a new group of potential customers, by placing an Ad in the 2018 Conference Program. The deadline to send us your print-ready files is Friday, October 5th.
** If you would like to place an ad, but will have difficulty meeting the deadline, call us ASAP at 1-877-532-5543 and we'll see what we can do! If we know what size ad you'll sending, we can put a placeholder in the program, but will definitely need the final print-ready ad no later than the following Thursday, October 11th. Alternately, we can help create an ad for you in order to meet the deadline.
Please review the following Printing Specs that we're using for this year's Conference Program. Make sure that your artwork meets requirements listed below to avoid delays and assure that it's ready for print!
2018 Conference Program Specs:
- Page Dimensions: 8.5” (w) x 11 (h)”
- Portrait Page Layout
- Full Color, Double Sided (CMYK, 4/4)
- Ad Dimensions are listed in inches
- All artwork must be 300 dpi. Higher is ok, Lower won't work.
- If your Ad is at the dimensions you want, but the resolution is lower than 300dpi, or if you are using any images in your ad that are below 300, please DON'T JUST INCREASE THE RESOLUTION! This may look OK on a computer screen, but the printed version won't look so great. Contact us if you need some help setting up your ad. We're happy to assist!
- Acceptable formats: •ai, •pdf, or •eps; We can also accept a high resolution •tif, •jpg, •psd. * In general, .gif, .png files are meant for on screen/internet use, so they would not do a high resolution print justice. If you have an ad that you created in MS Word or Publisher, we will need to convert it. It's not out of the question, but it involves a few extra steps. Contact us, or send the the Word doc no later than Friday, October 5th and we'll let you know what else we need to make it work.
- Please outline, embed, or attach, or at very least, let us know the names of the fonts you're using.
