Partners in Policymaking

Prior to hosting the Leadership Series, Advocates in Action and PAL developed and hosted Partners in Policymaking Rhode Island.
This class was modeled on the national PARTNERS IN POLICYMAKING program developed by the Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities. You can find out more about the national program by visiting http://www.partnersinpolicymaking.com.

Advocates in Action and PAL were able to offer an annual Partners in Policymaking-RI class from 1996-2001 with support from the RI DD Council and the RI Division of Developmental Disabilities. Here are some video slides shows from those years:
