Information About Presenting at this Year's Conference
Presenter Proposals are Due No Later Than Friday September 28th
** ** Note: If you already prepared a presentation for this year's conference, but missed the deadline, CALL or SEND US AN EMAIL TODAY (no later than Friday, October 12th). While we cannot guarantee an opening for you to present, nothing is impossible. Let's see if we can figure something out!

We are looking for people who can share interactive, energizing, and dynamic presentations that will engage and educate attendees, encourage them to speak-up, and empower them to live life to the fullest.
If this sounds like something you want to do, don’t doubt yourself; go for it! (Hey, WHY NOT?!?, right?)
Everyone has a life story to tell, and a message to share! If you think you know what you want to say, but aren’t sure how to say it, we can connect you with someone who has already been a presenter to help! Remember: You can do it, and your peers will support you every step of the way!

The Presenter Packet includes information about being a presenter at this year's event, suggested workshop topics, presentation guidelines and the Presenter Proposal Form.

This is an electronic form, which means you can fill it in on your computer and save it to send by e-mail, or print for regular mail. Note: If you want to complete the form on your computer and save a copy for your records, you need to DOWNLOAD IT FIRST
When you click on the form, it will open in a new tab on your web browser. Depending on your set-up, you should be able to fill-in the form and print it through your web browswer, but you won't be able to save your information.
Once you've dowloaded the form and completed it, click on the "Save As" button and rename the file using the name of your presentation, or by adding the last name of the contact person to the filename.
For example change the name from "2018_conference_presenter-E-Form.pdf" to "Name of my Presentation.pdf" OR "Contact Last Name, 2018_conference_presenter.pdf"

Save Money on Your Conference Registration While You're at It!
If our planning committee accepts your workshop proposal, you, and 3 other people on your presentation team, can attend the Conference Day for just $20.00 each!
Presenters Pay a Lower Registration Fee!
- Up to 4 presenters on your presentation team will be eligible for the Presenter Discount Rate of just $20 each for the conference day
- If more than 4 people are giving a presentation together, the extra presenters will need to pay full registration price ($40.00 each)
- You can also split the registration costs between your entire team. It's totally up to you!
- Note: There is NO CHARGE for anyone who's only coming to do a presentation, and isn't going to attend the rest of the conference.
The final day to register is Friday, October 19th, but SPACE IS LIMITED!
