The Full Conference Day runs from 9:30am to 5:00pm Conference Day.
- The arrival and sign-in time is between 8:15 to 9:15am
- Everyone who arrives before 9:00am will be eligible to enter our Early Bird Raffle. We will be drawing names and giving away some awesome prizes during lunch. There's no cost to enter the raffle, but you must be present to win if your name is call during lunch.

$50 Per Attendee after the Early Bird Discount ends on Wednesday, October 17th
Support Person Conference Day
$30 Per Support Person with Early Bird Discount Rate. Note: the Deadline to Register using the Early Bird Discount is Wednesday, October 17th
$40 Per Support Person after the Early Bird Discount ends on Wednesday, October 17th
DINNER DANCE PARTY REGISTRATION
The price to attend the Dinner Dance Costume Party is the same for all attendees:
- $38.00 per person when you register using the Early Bird Discount Rate (no later than Wednesday, October 17th)
- $48.00 per person when you register after Wednesday, October 17th, when the Early Bird Discount is no longer available .
This price includes a full course dinner, cash bar, and costume party
And speaking of a PARTY ... We're super excited to welcome the RI Rock Band, "Rhode Sodas", who will be performing live during our evening celebration this year. Get ready for an evening of music, dancing, and FUN!

The Conference Sale Table will also be open at the beginning of the night for those who are interested. Sale items will include T-shirts with the year's conference logo, and a variety of sweatshirts, bracelets, hats, lunch bags, posters, water bottles and more. All our Self-Advocacy goodies are reasonably priced, with some t-shirts on sale for a little as $5.00 each!

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
The deadline to reserve a hotel room through Advocates in Action RI, and take advantage of our group discount rate, is Friday, October 12th
We have reserved a limited number of
hotel rooms for attendees who want to stay overnight at the Crowne Plaza, 801 Greenwich Ave, Warwick, RI 02886. These rooms are available for Wednesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 25th.
The price is $124 per room, and each room can have 4 hotel guests. There Crowne Plaza also has a limited number of cost available, which you can add for $20 (only one cot per room, please).
If you're considering staying at the hotel, but can't decide which night you want, we can tell you from previous experience that most our our attendees usually prefer the Thursday so they can stay for the full dance, and hang out with friends. The Crowne plaza also has a pool, weight room, bar, restaurant and other ammenities for you to enjoy. Some also enjoy staying on the Wednesday night before the conference so they won't have to rush to get to ready the next day.
A few will actually save their money throughout the year so they can stay for both!
The final decision is up to you, but whatever you night(s) choose to stay, please let us know soon. The October 12th deadline for hotel reservations will be nere before you know it!
While you're thinking about deadlines, please remember: The LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE is Friday, October 19th. Although it may seem like you stil have plenty of time, we strongly encourage everyone to register much sooner than thae 19th.
Space is super limited, so we really can't over-emphasize how important it is to send in your registration as soon as possible! In fact, we feel so strongly about this, that we wrote this silly poem to motivate you:
Hey, like we said, we know it's silly! Sometimes silly just works better than serious, because it helps us make important information stick.
We're really hoping you can help us do that, too, by sharing out poem with others and encouraginge them to sign up for the conference!
